Well when I was about 11 months old I used to do a little dance to 'Blame it on the Boogie'. Whenever we went to family/friends gatherings my Mam used to get me to do 'Boogie' for everyone. I suppose I just liked his music from an early age. I cant really remember much about being a fan, (apart from watching the king of pop weekends on MTV) I must have been too young to remember/undertsand the things fans do. I remember HIStory coming out and I got the album/VHS and getting the Earth Song single. I also remember getting my first Smash Hits magazine, the only reason why I got it was because it had Michael on the front and a free packets of chewits 8) . I suppose it just went from there, I wouldn't say I was you typical fan though but a fan none the less.

AWWWW you guys!! :d bring a tear to my eye!...I love reading your stories because I remember finding you guys when I got into Michael back in high school and we were learning Thriller and Smooth Criminal. I wanted to know more and I wound up check out this site when I was in search for photos for an MJ project. So really the cafe added to my MJ addictedness lol :D

Plus we were all together in 2006 when he was going to courts and stuff like that! Heck remember Vienna took some pictures in Santa Barbara just outside the court house? She was our spy on the inside! :)

We even had like some crazy party times when we found out he was innocent! oh man i just got my emotions all worked up guys.... *cry*

I love you all! :D

I miss those good old times: when Mike was alive, and this forum was crowded. *cry*

To Dirty Diana: there were 3 dirty dianas. Are you the one who was Michael's friend?

I was 9 years old in 1982. I got the thriller record for christmas. I must of played it 20 times a day. I first saw him on m.t.v in 83 when his billie jean video just came out.. I was 10 years old..I new right then and there who my favorite super star was...from a kids view point back in those days, michael jackson seemed like a super hero. Every kid wanted to be like him..that was way back during the time when michael jackson was the most popular superstar in the world. I'm just glad I was old enough to remember back when thriller was just coming out. Probabely 50% of the kids in school used to wear the red or black beat it zipper jacket including myself.. you would have to of been around back in the early 1980s to understand how big michael jackson was..very very good memories of mike then..as I got older it kind of hurt to see mj go through all those changes and the bad things people did to him..its a cruel world we live in...michael jackson was probabely one of the most truest ,kindest, most genuine, most generous, and talented people to ever walk this planet...I just wish people as a whole would of treated him better and appreciate how he cared for and helped people while he was alive, instead of always spreading rumers, tryin to bring him down and destroy him…it seems like human kind gets a kick out of destroying what's truely good..michael jackson was a gift from GOD and people abused his gift....R.I.P mj..you will always be loved by your family and true fans...
